Volcano Run Canam Tour

Our 3-hour Canam Maverick excursions run daily from Puerto Calero. Goggles are provided and face scarves are available to purchase from the office.

We start our journey off-road along coastal tracks towards the fishing village of Playa Quemada, before heading through lunar terrain. We drive over La Asomada, past the Volcán El Cuervo, and towards Mancha Blanca. Off-road tracks then take us down to La Santa, offering amazing views of La Graciosa, El Islote, and Montaña Roja.

Stops allow for some great pictures before we carry on through Soo, heading back to the volcano region to explore the lava caves. Our final stop is at the La Geria Bodega, located in the middle of the traditional wine-growing region on the edge of the Timanfaya National Park. Here, you’ll have the chance for amazing photos, a coffee or refreshment, and a little wine tasting. Finally, we head back to the marina through yet more amazing landscapes, taking us back up and down the heights of La Asomada.
