BY BOAT

If you are staying near Puerto del Carmen then the best way to get to Puerto Calero is by hoping onto the Water Taxi from the Old Town Harbour, the water taxi itself has a glass bottom so its a fantastic way to see a little more. It leaves the Old Town Harbour every hour and takes around 30 minutes to reach Puerto Calero. Prices start from just 6€ and if you don't have to book a return ticket, just get back on the ferry when your ready to leave.

BY FOOT

An alternative to the Water Taxi if you are staying near Puerto del Carmen and enjoy a walk is the beautiful coastal path, this is a spectacular walk that takes around 45 minutes but does have a few steps to negotiate along the way so not the best route to take when the sun goes down.
